The Korg Volca Kick does not have the ability to upload patches -- not a problem for me, I love tuning the Volcas for each jam session. It makes each experience feel a bit more "mine". Don't get me wrong, I love finding a good patch online and playing around with the amazing soundscapes people have designed. It's so much fun making them, so I make sure to give myself the option to remember what I created, so that I may return to them just like these artists have allowed us to find and return to their amazing creations!

While this unit plays great with the other Volca's, I've found great success pairing it up with the Arturia Drumbrute as well, as the polyrhythm machine has minimal on the fly pitch-editing capabilities, which is where the Volca Kick excels.
