I have a pretty solid vision for the foundation of my game. At its core, it will be a level/arena based action platformer -- think Revita meets Super Smash Bros. While I don't have much here now, I have almost a full notebook worth of ideas for designs, mechanics, and the things that I need to get done to bring this game to fruition.
The most difficult part will be the programming of the game, since I am not a programmer. I have been taking some time to learn, with the goal of learning to buld each component of the game one piece at a time. For me, the most important piece is getting the player movement to be fluid and engaging. Once that is built, everything around it will come to place.
